Once again, we thank you for your continued business and enthusiastic use of our electronic banking products. Our online banking clientele is growing at a steady pace. We do appreciate your business!
Education and regularly reviewing your account statement are keys to minimizing the impact of fraudsters on the theft of your personal banking information and your hard earned dollars. Recently an enterprising group of fraudsters initiated a significant number of automated phone calls to central Nebraska home and cell numbers. The automated calls informed the cardholder that their card information has been compromised (false), and that their card would be deactivated unless they keyed in their card number, expiration date, and Personal Identification Number (PIN). After validating the stolen information with actual transactions the fraudsters then created cards with the information gained and performed transactions at ATMs and retail locations internationally.
Please be reminded that the bank will not make these types of calls to you.
