OUR MISSIONOur many years of hands on experience has taught us that the whole body must be properly cared for in order to function correctly, as well as to prevent and fight disease. Through the awesome power of safe, nurturingtouch we strive to promote self awareness and bring natural, balanced healing through healthier living.

Drinking adequate water.
Eating plenty of raw fruits, vegetables and grains.
Exercise (aerobic, strengthening,and stretching).
Optimal brain function and/or mental health (acquired through diet and aerobic exercise, proactive methods for stress reduction, and participation in challenging mental exercise).

Improving health through massage is acooperative effortbetween client and therapist. It is only when people truly want to be healthy that they strive to make the choices that will lead them to better health. Increasing public awareness of the healing benefits of massage therapy allows us the opportunity to help individuals from all walks of life to reduce or eliminate the distractions of stress and pain.
