Stone Clad Inc. Offers decorative concrete overlays, not to be confused with stamped concrete. Our surfacing material is less than 1/8 inch thick but cures hard like concrete. We offer an unlimited number of coloring options from white to black and looks from granite to travertine or any stone or tile that you may like. Chances are if you have seen it, we can do it. There is no limit to the design possibilities, sizes are not restricted to standard tile shapes or sizes. If you can draw the pattern you want we can make it. This includes company names, logos, addresses, and slogans. Our products have been in use for more than 15 years now and are based on polymer technology through polymer modified cement based product. Our product cures at 5,000psi (pounds per square inch) typical concrete cures from 3,000-4,000 psi. This allows our product to wear even better than concrete. Polymer modification allow us to apply coatings that are about as thick as a dime and allows us to put product over many existing surfaces such as concrete, vinyl, tile, formica, steel, aluminum,plywood and many others. We use a five step process to complete an installation in most cases. First: We lay a base coat, this will be your grout line color. Second: We design your pattern on the floor. Third: We apply the top coat over the design you have created. Fourth: Custom color is added to give the final appearance. Fifth: We apply the appropriate sealer or finish you have chosen. In some instances the first step may be skipped. For example if you want a new driveway or patio Stone Clad and you want gray grout lines, we will just use your existing concrete for the grout line in turn saving you time and money. In other cases a design may not be wanted at all, instead you may want a custom colored floor with no lines. This scenario would also save you time and money by eliminating steps one and two.
