Hello.

My name is Mark Charipar and together with Kasey Olson we are the principals of Landmark Landscapes. Both of us have degrees in horticulture from the University of Nebraska and at least 13 years of experience in the landscaping industry. From 1997 to 2006, I owned Landmark Landscapes in Columbus, Nebarska. In 2006, I moved to the Lincoln area to maintain a close relationship with my son. My work here in Lincoln began as a consultant to Fallbrook and NEBCO Real Estate. From 2007 to 2008, I was Operations Manager and a Designer at Nebarska Nursery and Color Gardens. In 2008, I re-established my own landscaping company here in Lincoln. My energy level and creativity are ever present. I love technically challenging projects and believe in the statement “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”.

Kasey Olson joined me in January of 2009 and by May he was a partner. Kasey has been a great addition to Landmark Landscapes. His experience in the industry was originally molded by Earl May and Nebarska Nurseries. His energy level compliments that of my own. Together we have built a great team.
