Great coffee does not stop with the roasting process but continues into the hands of the customer. Storing, grinding, and brewing techniques are all important in the end result. It is our challenge to pass our knowledge on to our customers so they will be able to fully enjoy our many great coffees.

All of our coffee is roasted with a Diedrich IR series roaster in small batches to insure our customers will enjoy the finest and freshest coffee possible.
Im spoiled. I cant buy coffee from the store anymore. I have to have Canyon beans.
