A residential community, the Lexington Assisted Living Center specializes in assisting senior citizens with their activities of daily living including bathing assistance, dressing assistance, meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping and laundry services, transportation to medical appointments, and keeping residents entertained through a variety of daily social activities.
Members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, National Health Care Association, and the Nebraska Assisted Living Association, the Lexington Assisted Living Center is licensed by the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, and is Medicaid Waiver certified.
