Welcome

The Fallbrook Family Health Center provides comprehensive medical care for the entire family. Fallbrook Family Health Center is the medical practice of Drs. Steven J. Saathoff and April C. Brinkhoff and APRN's Amy K. Arndt and LaDonna K. Hart. Fallbrook Family Health Center is accepting new patients and taking appointments at 402-441-3575. The Fallbrook Medical Plaza is located at 755 Fallbrook Boulevard, Suite 100.

For your convenience, registration forms are available online. Filling these forms out in advance will save you time when you arrive for your first visit. For best results, download the forms, type in the information and print them on your printer.

Monday through Thursday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon.
