Joslin Construction was started in October of 1973 by Ray Joslin. He was joined in the business in 1991 by his son Curt. Joslin Construction is a family business in every sense of the term. Ray and Curt Joslin surround themselves with the best personnel in the industry, and they focus on quality customer service in every aspect of their organization. Joslin Construction is, quite simply, dedicated to the client. Over the last 35 plus years, Joslin Construction has been built into the undisputed leader in site utility construction for Texas. This was achieved by doing business the old fashioned way...with hard work, responsibility, and above all else, integrity.

Joslin Construction has one of the largest workforce in the underground site utility construction industry for Texas, and own all of our equipment. This enables us to hit a project at full stride, with as many personnel as is needed to complete the project within whatever schedule is laid before us. We are awarded many projects, quite simply, because we are the only site utility contractor that could meet the demanding requirements set forth by the client. We pride ourselves on that ability.

Joslin Construction's success revolves around our extensive "Project ZERO" safety program. All of our personnel are trained in OSHA's 10-hour safety program. All superintendents, foremen, leadmen, and operators receive "competent person" training for Trench Safety, on a semi-annual basis. Joslin Construction personnel conduct a weekly tailgate meeting every Friday, on every project. We also have an outside safety consulting firm that provides safety inspections and tailgate meetings on every project on a bi-weekly basis. Joslin Construction puts the health and safety of our personnel above all else. This translates to peace of mind for our client. Knowing that we manage our own safety, gives them the freedom to focus on other areas of their project.

Our people are, without a doubt, the key to our success. We hire the best people we can find, train them to do things the "Joslin Way", compensate them better than anyone else could, and expect more out of them than they knew they were capable of. We reward successes and promote from within whenever possible. We expect our people to be successful, and they expect success from themselves. That means a successful project for our clients, and that is our ultimate goal. We know that we are judged by every project we take on, so every project must be successful for Joslin Construction to continue to be successful.
