The Meat Shoppe, Inc.is an on- and off-premise catering business founded by Rick and Judy Keller 25 years ago. Our location in the Gering Civic Center allows us to host groups from 10 to 700. The Civic Center averages more than 60,000 attendees per year in the City of Gering.
We will also cater your special event at your office, home or event site. The largest catered event was the American Cancer Sociey's fundraiser, the 2007 Cattleman's Ball. We served prime rib and the trimmings to 3250 attendees in just 32 minutes. We have a professional staff to provide fine food and excellent service for your next special event.
